If you go to our About screen and visit the application's website from there, we will open the latest version of our website in Safari. For statistical purposes we store the application version, iOS version, and device type generating this request. As part of this request your IP and user agent info will be logged to a standard web log file which is rotated daily. When you open a new support email from the link on the About screen, the bottom of that email will include your current application version, iOS version, and device type in order to be able to provide you with better support.
